INGREDIENTS:
Tomato Sauce: garlic, tomatoes, basil, parsley, salt, sugar.
Mushroom Ragu: mushroom, butter, garlic cloves, thyme, chicken stock, rosemary, salt.
Meat Sauce: ground beef, carrots, celery, onion, tomato paste, red wine, chicken stock, rosemary, salt.
Pork Ragu: pork shank, kosher salt, black peppercorns, thyme, rosemary, onions, carrots, celery, whole garlic cloves, tomato paste, red wine, sachet: (parsley stems, thyme, rosemary, fennel tops, bay leaf), chicken stock, veal demi-glaze, blended oil.
