Chef Antonia has now made her classic Cheese Ravioli available for you to enjoy, wherever you are! Every ingredient is made from scratch here inside our Scopa Italian Roots kitchen, to ensure both quality and freshness. This easy-to-follow kit is great for kids and adults alike.

Kit Includes:
- 2 ravioli dough sheets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup cheese filling
- 32 oz tomato sauce
- 5 oz parmesan
- 2 sprigs basil
- 12 premade raviolis (*keep refrigerated until ready to cook!)
- 1 ravioli maker
- 1 microplane
*Cooking instructions will be included in the shipment.*
Ravioli filling: mozzarella, mascarpone, ricotta, manufacturing cream, parmigiano-reggiano, salt
Ravioli dough: ap flour, egg yolks, extra virgin olive oil, water, salt
Refrigerate immediately upon arrival.
